Report: Increasing Enrollment, Participation, and Retention of Children in WIC

The Mississippi Public Health Institute (MSPHI) was contracted by the Mississippi State Department of Health to collect qualitative information for use in developing a plan to improve program participation and retention. Information was gathered through focus groups, key informant interviews, and observations of WIC clinic and distribution center operations. The project was undertaken from April-June 2015 and was funded through a WIC Operational Adjustment Grant.
